Is that really a surprise to anyone? I mean, he routinely ignores the will of the American people every day. So why would anyone think he'd pay any attention to this rally? He is so completely out of touch with main stream America it's pitiful. Or maybe he just doesn't give a damn? I think that is the most likely explanation.
