Because NASCAR took it in context...you can not stop this from happening and the car getting in the air was just an unfortunate result of stupid driving. CE was parked... that was his penalty. That has been cosistant with NASCAR's punishment for stupid behavior on the track in the past. I applaud NASCAR fo not overreaccting.
