You all know that I don't care for either of the Busch brats, but this is way overboard. Order anger management sessions with a psychologist, order some kind of public service or something, but suspension for telling a reporter that being on probation is keeping him from kicking the shit out of him? Way to far. There was no threat.
As far as his brother 'getting it?' Jury is still out on that. Give him time, he will step on it again.
