When you say that at the end of the spanking the 11-year-old had one hand between her legs, that seems to support your idea that she might have liked the spanking. Do you think she might have been rubbing herself?
You say the 11-yr-old witnessed more of this in your home.
Was there any occasion on which she witnessed your two girls get a good paddling and seemed very interested? I'd be interested in knowing what she said? What kind of expression? Did she tease your girls?
Also, did you ever see her dad belt-whip her? I think you said she got the belt at home.
I have a very strong interest in public or semi-public spankings because I think shame is an important part of the punishment. Teaches naughty little misses that adults are in charge and teaches the kids watching what they might expect if they get out of line.
