well you can start in several ways.
1. only let him wear high top convrse all star sneakers. they have wonderful rubber smell.
buy him one pair and make him put them on in the csr so the smell gets to him.
2 weeks later buy him another pair in a different color. and comment on how handsome he looks in them and they smell so good.
do not let him wear any other sneakers.
s for a catheter..
does he wet the bed??
what would be your reason for him to wear a catheter. do you want the invasive one, that goes right into his penis.. or the external one?

you can also look into rubber pants on ebay and if you want to learn more email me and I can help
but do you want to totally feminine him/ if so Time is very important.
