Keeping them diapered, especially all together so that they have each other for support, is an excellent idea. In fact, at their ages, they may come to really enjoy them; you must keep them in childish clothing and when at home, keep their diapers exposed or at least showing a nice bulge in their onesies so that it becomes normalized. Encourage them to describe how nice it feels after wetting, or after getting a nice clean one put on; with nothing much else to do, they will likely start realizing how close and intimate their relationship with you and each other becomes. Make them feel loved and above all, cute. A happily diapered young boy is a well-behaved one. They are at your mercy when it comes to disguising them when in public; only a happy Mommy dresses them in overalls and big shirts to hide their incontinence-pants from others. You might find your 8 year old boy will rapidly become incontinent, not needing to hold his pee anymore; encourage this, and even make it a game; shower him with praise when he shows surprise at having just peed his pants, congratulate him on not knowing his bladder was ready to pee. He and his little brother could be completely unable to hold or stop themselves from peeing at all in under a year; the 11 year old may be harder to turn into a happy diaperboy but if he loves his little brothers rather than acts like a bully, he may be made to slip into life as a fully incontinent little diaperkid by lots of encouragement from his little bros.

Once they are no longer resisting this, introducing girlish things gently, like pink plastic pants or slightly girlish shirts or even plain white, gray or black tights won't be a problem.
