these types of control devices can only be used safely and with no issues "at home"
you can goodle inflatable but plugs and see how many different types that there are.

I would suggest to google "penis plugs" and make the brat wear a nice steel penisi plug when he comes home from school , they have nice restainer rings that sit behind the head and aldo have 'pee through models' he can be made to wear the moment he comes home from school.

this is the ultimate control device , as it is his penis which will be reshaped and formed into a vagina if he ever got total
