How about a hot pink rubber thong? If you can find one, it would be so nice for him. I think you could start replacing his boxers a few at a time. if you see any with holes, then he will probably understand getting rid of them. You may want to get him some rubber briefs first and then go for the thongs. Once he is wearing them daily, you could go for a rubber plug or dildo brief.
