Did any of you see Tab Hunter on Larry King Live today? He is out now, and just wrote a book about his life. Too bad he had to wait until now to come out, although it wasn't much of a secret. He talked about his love affair with Anthony Perkins (Norman Bates), but that was the only one he mentioned on Larry King, let's hope the book names more names! By the way he spoke, it was obvious he had a hard life, but he seems really upbeat. Two heart attacks, a stroke & quadruple bypass and he is lucky to be alive. For a 74 year old, he looks really good. I just hope i look that good at 74!

I think the message he was getting acrossed to the one caller, was that he wasn't outing people in his book, thus the lack of names....he was writing the book about his own life and his own experiences. You can say a lot by not naming names, and Tab wasn't writing this book to air his dirty laundry. It was a very good interview, worth repeating by CNN. From time to time GSN shows a week of Match Game with Tab Hunter from 1978, and he looked great then!! He looks fantastic for his age....and deserves a pat on the back for speaking freely now. I have just completed Peter Parker's excellent biography of Christopher Isherwood, and was distressed to find that the relationship between CI and Don Bachardy, far from being the idyll that I thought it was, was in many respects a troubled one. I suppose infidelity is par for the course in any January/May relationship, but I consider DB's installing his "adulterous" lover in Adelaide Drive almost psychopathically insensitive. His affair with a London friend of CI in the mid sixties also caused his older partner great grief. Does anybody know who this third party was? He was obviously still alive in 2004 when Parker published the biography, for he isn't mentioned by name.

Has anyone seen Aaron Carter's movie "Popstar"? Yes, he is 18 so he is fair game. If i had any doubts about him being a major fag, this movie removed them. Even his charachter's name is J.D. McQUEEN! This movie is cutesy in a Disney kind of way, nothing offensive. I rented this for my 12 year old niece and she loved it, and even she said a few times "what a fag!" There are too many instances where he is flouncing about to list. One scene alone make the movie worth renting: he brings home females groupies and his wife throws a pie in his face. He is swishy as hell, has a gay voice, and even a gay smile. I had to rewind it and watch it again just to make sure i really saw it! Why the director, or Aaron himself, did'nt demand a re-shoot is beyond me. He is suppposed to be a major pussyhound, and he is acting like he's channeling Liberace! I dount Aaron can stay closeted for long if this is his idea of being macho. David Cassidy & Leif Garrett are also in this movie. Leif is not even recognizable, really sad. David looks better at 55 than Aaron does at 18! He is still beautiful, but seems pretty straight. I can't imagine what Aaron will look like then.

Sep. 26, 2006 -- According to individuals who investigated George W. Bush's homosexuality is the bęte noire of Bush's past for GOP political operatives, precisely because of the anti-gay stance of the Republican right and its Christian fundamentalist base.
In 1976, the Bush family sent George W. Bush to El Paso's Worthy Creations, a Christian gay conversion center. From that time on, Bush became a tool of the Christian right and a self-hating homosexual. The investigation of Bush's gay activities in the TANG unit would have unraveled Bush's new "straight" persona. The GOP went to battle stations to prevent Bush's past from being resurrected.
Bush's alleged homosexuality in college was hinted at in Kitty Kelley's massive biography of the Bush family, The Family: The Real Story of the Bush Dynasty, which was released at about the same time as CBS 60 Minutes was investigating Bush's National Guard stint. In the case of Kelley's book and the gay charge, the criticism came not from the GOP operatives but from their allies in the corporate media, including the Washington Post's Howard Kurtz, who is married to a GOP operative. While Bush attended all-boys Andover prep school (nicknamed "bend over"), Bush, not able to make it as an athlete, instead became a male cheerleader. At Yale, Bush, according to Kelley, had a "special relationship" (i.e., gay relationship) with Victor Ashe, his room mate and fellow cheerleader. Ashe, a former Mayor of Knoxville, is now Bush's ambassador to Poland. At the Delta Kappa Epsilon frat house, Bush became known as "a jock sniffer."

The new story going around like wild fire is Kate found out after her and Klein spilt that she was prego. In walks Tom Cruise and this whole bazaar pregnancy story starts. Story goes she gave birth way before the April birth date and they did the fake padding thing hoping everyone would think she's still carrying. It's also explaining the phony sounding birth certificate and why they kept the baby from being photographed too early. People might just notice that it seems alittle too old for just being born.
