A small part of it may be blamed on the writers, but the actor bears the most responsibility. He has no stage presence. He's a boring actor. There are many dull characters - Emma Snyder is kind of a boring character - but the actress really adds something in her performances to make Emma less boring. The same can't be said for Silbermann. He shaved his chest for the longest time and so for me it was hard to see him as being in his mid twenties. He seemed to get fixated in time from his earliest days because he never seemed to age a bit. Now that he has allowed that gorgeous fur to grow on his chest he looks like an incredible hunk. I think many underestimate what chest hair represents symbolically: a transition from boyhood to manhood; a concrete sign of virility. Why in the world some guys choose to go through the process of shaving/waxing a chest is beyond me. Hard enough for many of us to face the daily chore of scraping the barnacles off our faces in the ritual of shaving. Go figure.

The rumors of their failure to be up front about the boy's condition and possible coverups under the guise of privacy may soon prove to be their undoing. Can you imagine how much public scrutiny there will be in the weeks ahead? Autopsy. Police reports. And worst of all HE will not be in control of ANY of it. The LAST thing JT wants is more probing into his personal life and practices.

TWO different megastars, two different preferences, but in the end, the act is the same.
THE FIRST is a happy father, settled down and reformed, bankable and respected at the same time… a major player. Watched CBS Sunday Morning today, and maybe I just wasn't paying attention, but CBS seems to be rolling out some awfully nice looking, intelligent, young men to their list of correspondents.
Just check out Josh Landis or even better, Seth Doane! Seth reminds me of what Anderson Cooper might have been like a few years back. This guy is smart and handsome. There's another reporter, Daniel Sieberg, but his bio shows he's married, but even he was easy on the eyes on a cold and cloudy Sunday Morning.
If CBS wasn't making a play for gay viewers, I thank them for their mistake of these fine journalists!

Anyone get any pings from this guy? Been watching him perform for over five years. He is rather nicely built and is apparently a fine diver. He sported a gorgeous treasure trail a few years back when he did a photo shoot for some fitness mag. The links to some of those pix are below. Nowadays he is as smoothe as a baby porpoise and that about kills it for me. But I am sure he is someone's cup of tea looking like a teen at age 28!
I can understand someone like Michael Phelps doing the old body shave routine when many swimmers claim that body hair causes "drag". Yeah, if you had chest hair like Alec Baldwin perhaps. But regardless, a DIVER shaving off his trail? Go figure. Unless he just likes that clean-cut boysih look.

He is rather attractive to look at. But the first time I heard him interviewed I could not believe how girlie he sounded. One of those squeakey, high and most annoying type voices. That's just my opinion of course.
Another thing I thought I would mention. I recall watching him a few years ago as he was about to make a dive. The camera panned to his mom in the bleachers. She was holding what looked like a "dream catcher" thingie. Her eyes were closed and she looked like she was praying or whatever. Could not help but think of how many people especially parents of talented children must sit there and pray "Dear God, let MY SON TROY kick the crap out of everyone else and win!" Kind of makes me wonder. Not that I could read her mind or know what she was actually thinking or doing. But it made me realize there are those who do just what I said and feel just super about it. LET MY CHILD COME OUT ON TOP. LET ME WIN THE LOTTERY. LET OUR TEAM PREVAIL OVER THOSE JERKS FROM HOOTERVILLE HIGH. Get the point? Anyhow the camera seemed to tell a story of a mother's love for her son. But it also made me wonder personally about what it must mean to pray for something. Forgive the digression. With all that said, does anyone have any info on Troy?

Legendary UK pop singer Cliff Richard has revealed that he has shared his life with a former Roman Catholic priest for the last seven years. Sir Cliff, 67, has been the subject of persistent rumours and innuendo about his sexuality.
In his autobiography "My Life, My Way", published in September, the singer said he met Father John McElynn in 2001.
