Mary Beth Noonan was the best girl for Outstanding Teen this year. All those who talked up Allison Folsom were wrong in doing so because she had no chance against Mary Beth and Sammi. She needs to not look like a stick and then maybe she has a chance. And get a different colored evening gown--it was awful. -- MAINE PAGEANT FORUM
