Subject: Dvb200 cycling continuous

Dvb200 cycling continuous, I change the black power box that mounts on side of cash box, all I can see is red lights lit up, I change the head and it only cycles once then stops, will not take any dollars, I need help.....

It has been a long time since I worked on those old BVs. The transport would be the next thing to swap then the CAN.

I can not get the bill acepter bezel to light up on the front of machine, I check the bulb and it is good. Any ideals on how to fix it, thank for yoyr help.

The light will not come on until the BV is working.

>need help..... Ok, I got a new transport, now my dvb200 is cycleing right, the light on front of the door is working, all dip switches are in the off, the bv takes the bills in but spits them back out, will not take any bill, any ideals ? Thanks

It sounds like a problem with the HEAD. Where all the dip switches always off? Number 10 on DIP SWITCH 1 will tell the wich IDO the machine uses. Do you have any calibration paper? You could try to clean up the little wheels on the head. They get a build up of dirt on them after awhile and throw the calibration off.
