IGT Sizzlin 7 - had error code 12 & changed the battery. Now error code 61. When I try the test button after the error code 61 comes up, it does not ding & go to 61-1? I checked all doors and everything closed. Can anyone help?

Press the white self-test button inside the machine and hold it for 4-5 seconds then close the door and turn the reset-key on the outside of the machine (Right side).

I'm also having the same issue! 61 will not go away, reset - then it comes back. key reset, get it to go into other numbers that move by using the buttons. What next???

You have a door open some were, possibly the BV door. a better way of putting it would be "Be sure all the switches show closer". Just because a door is closed physically doesn't mean it doesn't have a broken or open switch which is the way the MPU sees a door open.
