Subject: bill acceptor not working clicking

everything works but the bill acceptor. it will not suck in the dollar. you hear a motor sound and then a click repetively. have to unplug acceptor to keep it from making this noise. it lights up has voltage to board.

Sounds like a bad transport or can. Try to reseat the can and check the transport for any missing teeth on its small gears. This is a common problem with BVís. I am assuming you have a DBV-145 or 200 head, but this is the same even with newer BV, s.
A BV has three main components the head, transport and the can.
