Hi There
Have a LED fruit game PCB which appears to be Chinese made. Powers up but no play
The person who sold me the game said it needed reprograming every 10K games and gave me a 14 pin eprom, there is a empty 14 pin socket on the solder side of the board. So tried running the game with the eprom inserted but with no effect.
so tested the eprom on my rom writer pin 14 with nc. So used the data and wrote to new eprom this also had no effect on the game.
Thanking you for any help

I have never worked on an LED game or even heard of them. It does sound like the game needs to be key-chipped which procedure is different from game to game. Most of the time getting the key-chip is the hard part it sounds like you have it so thatís good. You just need to find out the procedure for using it for your game. Where you able to get the manual for your game if not I would try and locate that. Sorry I couldnít be of more help.
