I have a problem with my slot machine. It's a Heiwa, Sakura fubuki...When i put the tokens in the machine
the tokens drops directly to the coin collector. I tried
to reset the machine, but that doesn't seem to be working.
Any thoughts?
Thank you

Your slot machine is a Pachislo style slot machine that is made for the Asian and Australian markets. In Nevada jurisdiction they are not legal for gaming purposes. They may be legal in another state but I have only heard of them being sold for home use in the U.S. they usually are set up to take tokens for this reason. I have never had to work on a Pashislo slot machine. If I had to work on it I would see what it is doing right before the tilt. Also I would try to open close the door or turn reset key to see how the machine clears tilts.

If you donít have a manual I would try and get one. Here is a link that I found by doing a search http://www.stealthhomeamusement.com/manuals.html I donít know anything about this company they just came up in a Google search. Near the bottom of the page they seem to have free manuals. Wish I could be of more help.
