Thank goodness I found this site. A friend has a 1997 Sigma Select Series slot machine (model SG-150B Plus). When we plug it in, it comes to life and runs the self diagnostic. Everything looks great but when we put in the nickle, the arm still will not let us pull it. If there is not an easy fix, is there a way that we can just pull the arm without having to put in coin? Thank you in advance for your time. We have this in a garage just to have fun with. thanks again
Dan

Does the button work and spin the reels or does both the button and handle not work. They both should be on the same circuit. Often the solenoid that lets the handle be pulled goes bad. Locate the solenoid and push the lever as the solenoid would and the handle should release. There then will be a switch that the handle will touch to activate the switch. The switch is on the same circuit as the handle. Basically it sounds like the solenoid has gone bad or disconnected.

Thanks for the advice I will try it. Also is there a way of bypassing the money and just pull the handle. This is in my garage and the kids just want to play with it?
Thanks again,
Dan

There is a way to bypass inserting money and play free itís called tournament mode and requires special chips that have to be swapped out and the game key-chipped.
