If you are going to be dancing as an adult Bennett has the largest and strongest adult program. They wear solos if they want to or a school dress. The TCRG lets them wear what they want. You can compete or just do shows or do Oireachtas teams or not. If you are coming back as an 'and over' I would suggest Bennett or Heritage.
