I've always been told the rule came from the IDTANA. Doesn't that make it national? (NT) mp 08:18:38 11/19/10 Fri

I heard that it was decided when a feis (can't remember which region) tried to have a slow speed comp for adults, their syllabus was rejected for that reason. But the rejection was within that region, not nationally. -- what I heard, 08:43:50 11/20/10 Sat
