I read somewhere that if a feis doesn't have an adult competition, an adult dancer could dance in the overs and not compromise her adult dancer status. In other words, you could dance a feis in the overs and then go back to dancing as an adult. I was told this is because if there is no adult category, then the overs ARE your category. Is this true?

Of course it all depends on your TC - their opinion overrules - but if it's ok with her/him, then yes, you can do this.come back and tell of your experience!06:13:47 12/07/10 Tue

I seem to remember that was the previous discussion. Everyone talks about the "5 year rule", but it doesn't appear to be written down anywhere.mp09:49:35 12/08/10 Wed
