Are you talking abuot an adult that danced in and-overs and wanted to go back to adult status? Again, the only place I see anyting about a 5 year rule is in the Mid-American baseline syllabus. If you want to try and-overs but don't want to sacrifice your adult standing, choose a feis with no adult comps, and the and-overs is, by default, your competition.
