If a feis doesn't have adult levels they can NOT keep anyone from competing just because of age. This is not legal, nor was it the intention of the committee when they passed the slow-speed/no adult championship rule. It was clearly said at that meeting: No adult will be prevented from competing at any feis. So if you don't want to drop down, or can't drop down and you want to compete in a feis that just happens to not have any adult levels. you compete in the &Overs and you do not sacrifice your adult status. If you want to try and-overs but don't want to sacrifice your adult standing, choose a feis with no adult comps, and the and-overs is, by default, your competition.
