That would certainly be the ideal, but the feiseanna that have tried that approach have pretty much abandoned it. But overall, you have to realize that going to "and overs" requires a TC's permission and support and I know my TC has already denied one dancer's request to go to "and overs". I would say for the most part getting that permission would be difficult in a large segment of dance schools. And also in certain areas of the country dance schools are few and far between so transferring to another school would not be an option.
