there is no harm dancing while pregnant i went to america to dance in a show wen i was five months pregnant just dont push your self to much ull be fine

I was 3 months pregnant and was fine but I would adjust my steps (decrease jumps, no toe stands) for the dancing section because your balance definately changes when you are pregnant.
