I like the concept of pre pageant swimsuit and evening gowns presentations - its quite cool - presented in a closed door venue which is unique perhaps the first of its kind in pageants I guess. Philippines is actually pretty enough but too short... she admitted that there were other girls who had potential but the decisions were left to the judges. whatever.. The real goddesses were left out in the cold. The opening number was also good but it could have been better. The camera works were a bit erratic n out of focus leaving some hightlights of the dance number umphasised. If u watch MU2010 opening dance no. everything was done so professionally n d cameraman has to follow scripts even in production no. perhaps ME should also provide updated videos n news of the pre pageant activities in their website. We congratulate the efforts of Mabuhay Beauties, OPMB for their untiring support for ME even though they are not paid for their coverage. Carousel is slow in this aspect.Most of my bets are in the semis. Athena is very lucky and highly favoured by Carousel, proof of course, yeah, she placed 3rd, whew........ I take my hats off to Thailand. Remember they hosted Miss Universe twice and yet, their representative was excluded in the semi finals, and this happened twice (1992 and 2005).
