Of course, there are two sides to every story, so I fired off an e-mail yesterday morning to Untalan to get her reaction, and I still have yet to receive a reply. Meanwhile, even though Ecuador's victory is well-received, many fans (including myself) are still outraged by Carousel's continuous employment of incompetent translators and shrinking level of transparency.
