Can a national queen or National American Coed queen compete in other circuits such as USA or MAO while holding a national title in this circuit?
Or do they have to wait until they give up their COED title to compete?
Cannot find by laws or rules for this system. How or where are they?
I would think a national title holder would need to support the national title or crown and the coed circuit would frown against a national winner competing in MAO or USA since the national winner should be representing the national title
