Subject: Weather for today

As one morning storm complex weakens this morning, an upper disturbance will continue tracking eastward across Southern Oklahoma and in the vicinity of the Red River Valley.

Instability will be high, and though storm development is somewhat uncertain due to morning clouds, high instability will be in place with hot and humid conditions. If isolated to scattered storms were to develop, there's a chance they could become strong or even briefly severe.

Hail, strong and gusty downburst winds, and frequent lightning will be the primary hazards.
