Thought it was a town hall meeting for the citizens of River Oaks and not an indoctrination class to hush up the citizens of River Oaks Texas.

It was wrong for the Mayor to ask Matthew to leve the meeting tonight there was nothing wrong with his questions.

Three questions I had;

1 And still as clear as mud but here it is are all the cast-iron pipes being replaced NO CLEAR ANSWER.

2 If not when you loop the pipe system if there is old cast-iron pipe left will this cause all to have rusty water Dead silence.

3 It was stated by the expert that the laws are changing and in 10-15 years we will need a new treatment system costing 25-50 MILLION dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so why not just use the 15million to repair the pipes and buy our water from fort worth since in 10-15 years we will probably have to anyway.
