They're probably just catching up on processing and or shipping out orders or something if they didnt respond right away. Plus that was only your first email to them at all. It's not like you already PLACED an order and now they arent responding. Id much rather they not respond to a new inquiry because they are busy than not respond to me after I already placed an order!
