Subject: I wouldn't say that but what makes them similar is there wide straight white smile, and her drawing out of the last vowel in each last word, just like Rachel did.

Very similar to each other. And BTW, Rachel is still one of the prettiest Miss USA's we have EVER had! Loved the dimples!
