The Miss USA Pageant last night was the best in such a long time..The opening with the fashion show was the best...I had 8 out 16....And i did not look at the videos on miss usa .com......I am so happy for the New MISS USA...Rhode Island...So Beautiful....I just wish that Virginia & New York would have made the cut....Thumbs up to the pageant last night.... -- Miss USA forum (unofficial)

Just thought it looked corny at first and the people on the sides were laughable and embarressing.

It just seemed very well executed. I was also VERY pleased with the top five. What a color wheel!!! The last time I remember that many stellar women of color being in T5 was Shuntay Hinton's year! Very happy for Olivia but was really rooting for Maryland. Nana would have been a fantastic Miss USA! She has an amazing story and champions some pretty interesting causes. Not to mention...she would have stomped it out to the death against those Universe Glamazons!! I'm excited to follow The new Miss USA this year!! Good luck to her :)

Just like Crystal Stewart, never giving up and finally winning the chance to compete at Miss USA. I hope Rhode Island wins Miss Universe so Nana can be Miss USA.
