The designer is Hobby Lobby. You get the glue on isle 3 and glitter is just the next isle over. It comes in just about every color you can imagine and is one size fits all. However, once you have applied the glue to the front of your body, and rolled around in the glitter, don't forget to roll over and do the same to your back.
