I talked to Claudia and she is still on a wait and see pattern. From all the surgeries she has a lot of scar tissue and the doctors don't want to operate unless it is absolutely necessary. The doctor's said if the obstruction doesn't go away by itself in 5 weeks they will operate.
Today she was put back on IV nutrients (she was just getting saline & sugar water) and she is able to drink. but that's it. No solid food. She is able to walk around which hopefully will help.
She seems in good spirits. We talked for almost an hour. I passed along all your get well wishes (I read them to her) and she wants to thank you all for the thoughts & prayers. She misses being on the internet. She's hooked on Bones (can't say I blame her..David Boreanaz. Nuff said)
I will probably talk to her again this weekend. I will continue to keep y'all updated.
