I talked to her on Saturday and she is finally able to eat solid food. WooHoo! She is making progress and hopes to be home soon. Her first bite of food was a candy bar. LOL!! Of course after that it was broth and soft food. We didn't talk long since I was calling her from work on my break. But she was happy to be rid of some of the tubes that she's been attached to the last 11 days. I will keep you updated.
