Thanks Steve. I understand what you are saying. I really wish that you had been in on this from the beginning. I agree that this problem shouldn't have been allowed to fester the way it did. Something had to be done to bring it to a head. That is why I told Joel he needed to confront Kyle's dad about the comments and the dirty looks. Had Joel done nothing, the dirty looks and the comments would still be going on.
