Hey Big Brother,

Knew you wouldn't forget about my "special day" on Friday, today, for my graduation from high school!

Last night was awesome for Honors Awards Ceremony, and tonight-the pay-off diploma will be the icing on the cake! I received three scholarship/monies including the BIG ONE from the college I'll be attending, along with Sean and Kyle, the Sports Athletic Scholorship we each got to play sports for the college!

My Mom and Dad, and (both sets) grandparents were busting for joy I could see, with smiles and tears and later on hugs!

Thanks for the kind words, Big Brother. Makes me misty-eyes to read them and your knowing you care about me!

I'll always be your "little brother/dude" even if I graduate and I'm 18, as I know you will not want to get rid of me (yet I hope) as I still always will need "big brother" advice from YOU & RICK!

I wished my Mom and Dad had given me two brothers like YOU and RICK, but l7 yrs. was long enough and God saw a need to introduce me to you both, even though I had Kyle, so we STUCK with each other forever!

Thanks for being proud of me...I'm proud of YOU, too!
You give great advice, when my dad's not around to ask,and I know I've been a "little pain in the little ass" once in awhile, but you sure have helped me in life for the short time I've known you and will in years down the road!

The "honorary big brother" title is deserving to you (besides Rick) because that's why I asked if you would and you snatched at the chance to do it, because I saw something special in YOU dude! If I wasn't worth it, you wouldn't have taken the honor-THANK YOU! Words can not be described in what I want to say...but I sure am pleased you accepted the honor as BIG BROTHER! to me!

I'm so proud of you, too, soon to be husband to Mollie and Daddy to a little baby. Both are so damn lucky to have you!
God did not make a mistake bringing them into your life!

Thanks again for "jumping on me" and giving the past "ass chewings" I deserved, you cared enough to do it. You saw some good in me, and I wanted to show you there was when I screwed up and to become a better person and "little brother!"

You helped me out of a "shell" and gave me the drive to get my dad to give me that FIRST NEEDED butt spanking that was overdue for l7 yrs., Big Brother! I know dad "enjoyed" that Dec. 6, 2009 as much as I did, thanks to you. Nobody else could do that for me, not even Kyle, but Big Brother Dave got me to, and you even sacrificed skin off your little ass, DIDN'T HAVE TO, but you WANTED TO in all honesty in my "collecting" the bet to get me to get my dad to paddle me! Thanks again!

Since then, of course, we've seen my dad in action doing his loving father-duty to me, which I don't mind getting my butt spanked/paddled when I deserve it! It's a father's love to his son in my mind and eyes!

As formy dad last Friday applying a "ritual of passage straight to the seat of my wisdom" to give me something to remember...he sure did, Big Brother and I still on occasion slip a quick rub to my little butt in rememberance that day!

And to remember to...

Some are "talking" about my dad being wrong, giving me the second paddling that day. He thought I was lying about that I knew Luke and Cody pre-arranged plans to skip school and come to my house, and I helped them pre-arrange it with them, thought I "helped" plan it, but I didn't and nobody has been able to make him believe I was telling the truth and didn't deserve the second paddling. And my dad wasn't trying to beat my ass until I confessed that I knew, either. He's NOT that kind of a dad/man who would do that to his son, but I guess he thought I wanted to be strong-willed about it, not want to admit so, that's why he said there "would be no more said about it" and ended the paddling and talk.

Yeah, I made it through NOT getting paddled by the principal my senior year. It sure wasn't easy, and I wasn't planning on it to happen, but a few times wonder if I should have. Kyle got me mad, the first anniversary date, and I guess he thought I REALLY wanted to remember and sorta "celebrate", but that would have been on his "terms" to speak of it as I look at it, but I will confess...it was really, really hard on the last day of school, passing the principal office a few times during the day, that if maybe for the "fun of togetherness/Big Brother/Little Brother" that maybe Kyle and I should have done "something" and gotten paddled!

But then I would have disappointed MYSELF, my Mom and Dad for a stupid "little kid" idea to satisfy Kyle and maybe a little myself, but not show how grownup two l8yrs.old had made themselves proud not to get their asses paddled, and blemish a PERFECT NO PADDLING for two seniors!

Did I make some sense in trying to express myself, Big Brother, that you can understand?

I guess what it boils down to, a senior doesn't have to get his ass paddled to be a BIG MAN to show how moucho he can be and show-off for others, especially brothers/buddies!

Yeah, in years ahead we'll laugh our asses off about this, not getting the principals paddle, besides knowing our dad's could still tan an l8yr. old butt.

I, myself, Big Brother, already did that the night I got home from last day of school, laugh, looking in the mirror at myself. Then turning around, with a smile, looking over my shoulders in the mirror at the cargo shorts I was wearing and knowing the little ass inside of them was still white, not red and on fire, because of some stupid idea of thinking a paddling was needed to end a GREAT SENIOR YEAR of MEMORIES!

Better end here...promised to help drive two Little Brothers Luke and Cody to their last day of school!
