Hey Guys, thanks again for the birthday wishes. Got a surprise early start Saturday evening & this afternoon into evening, folks are throwing a family-style cook-out party in my honor. You guys got me skidish watching Rick now (maybe even my dad) for what further might happen.

Thought maybe those days ended when Rick made up back in December with a belated 21st add-on to the lost bet paddling with Joel. Saturday evening proved I was still vulnerable. Rick set me up not only for himself but in cahoots with our two buddies helping with the move---we grew up with Brett and Mike as kids in our old neighborhood. The deal was we'd all go to Brett's yard patio to unwind from the moving work & chug some cold brews and grill brats & burgers. Rick & I bought the meat & beers & Mollie, Jeanne, Mike's gf were doing salads or other sides supposably & Brett & his wife hosting at their place. Went back to our apt to supposably pick up burgers, brats & beer & clean up & head over to Brett's. When I got to the apt with Rick, there was Brett & Mike waiting and had the old drilled paddle that somehow Rick snatched & passed on to them to surprise me. Man, my ass got a trip down memory lane--a little shocked to think it was going to happen but no resistence--like dad gave me as a teen. The worse was I was in old surfer-style nylon shorts like those swim trunks with a net liner for drawers. Told to assume position over the apt dining table that stays with the apt & that Brett & Mike were giving me the first dozen (6 from each) with the paddle. Rick then pulled out one of the chairs and all 3 reminded me as a kid I didn't get the old over the lap spanking like they got & was overdue. Rick sat as they stood and watched with me laid across Rick's lap & now Rick pulled down the shorts to my knees and hand smacked my alread red hurting ass 12 more and gave me the last one of my 25 bare with the paddle in an echoing whack I admit curled my toes. Brett & Mike then took off to get things set up further at Brett's and my plans for a warm cleaning shower was more a cool shower now on a smoking rear. It was a great evening for us to say thanks for the help & just unwind with friends. By 24, guess my hide has some leather in it cause I managed to sit and party damn better than I initially expected.

You dudes got your wish--two days early & my party tonight is still to come & only heaven knows what that will bring.
I hope college has some big burly dudes that give b-day paddlings to your asses over the next 4 years so you never get too big for your britches--which I learned I wasn't the hard & 'old fashion' way.
