Back on Sun. April l8, 2010 a l7th Birthday Celebration for Cody, born on April l5, l993, was held for him by his family, friends, and Jock buddies at an area golf course.

But while we four were playing a round of golf the owner, who has been best friends for years with each of our dad's who had memberships at the course, accussed us four wrecking and driving across an off-limits damaged green on the course and ordered us each to follow him in a nearby storage shed, where he said he had a witness who saw us four damage the green further by driving our golf cart over it, which was a lie.

The golf course owner said he would forget the matter if he was allowed to give each of us four dude a bare butt spanking, which we allowed him to use a piece of wood that he fashioned into a paddle to spank each of us with.

Later we told our dad's about the golf course owner and what he did, our dad's resigned their golf memberships and we four/with our dad's reported the golf course owner to the police, who arrested the owner on charges of assult and stalking, Joel-18yrs., Sean-18yrs.,Cody-17yrs. and Luke-17yrs.

Because of the charges, the golf course owner was tried during a 3-day trial, June 7-9, this past week, had us four teens testify against him, besides other witnesses called and the jury found the golf course owner GUILTY!

It was a lie, of course, there was no witness on behalf of the golf course owner who saw us damage the green on the course as the owner damaged it himself to make it look like we four teens did it; and he did the same with the two l6yr. old that will be proved, so he could get his jollies spanking teens.

He will be sentenced in a few weeks from his guilty verdict from the jury trail we testified at and he should get a long jail sentence!

Also, during the police investigation it was learned the golf course owner did the same thing to two other teenage boys of l6yrs. old on his golf course, accused them of wrecking the same damaged green and pretended he had a witness see them do it and had them go with him to the same shed and gave each of them a bare butt spanking The golf course owner will be tried on similar charges in a separate trial to be held.

So justice has been done!
