Hey Joel

I know its very nerve racking when you see those red light flashing and getting pulled over by the police. I was nailed in a speed trap about 8 years ago so i know that feeling. Not really much you can do about it. Speed traps are legal and an effective way to catch drivers speeding. So I was speeding, got caught, got spanked with a ticket, paid the fine and went to traffic school. So my insurance reates did not go up. It doesn't reallly matter what excuses you give an police officer for speeding. Most of the time these reasons are dismissed and he still writes the ticket.

You are a good friend staying with Joel when he expalined the ticket to his dad. Glad to hear Luke's dad was so understanding. I don't think its crazy that he asked his dad to paddle his butt.

The only thing i can't figured out is whats this business of Luke being your 'chaffeur' in the first place? If your parents don't like you driving late at night, why would they like Luke, someone who's YOUNGER and less experienced driver driving your car? Why would you allow him to drive? That makes no sense to me at all young man. << Unbuckling my belt... care to explain as you drop your pants? ....
