No, I didn't think that if you got paddled together that the principal would alternate swats between you. I meant that if you were both called to the office that you would be in his office side by side being lectured first and then one by one you would receive your swats while the other one stood back and watched. This is how it was done when I was in high school - at least with my experience. And if more than one guy was getting paddled for the same offense, then the principal would have them in his office at the same time. However, if there was more than one guy waiting to see the principal for different/unrelated offenses, then he would deal with each case separately.

I'm sorry if some of the other guys got upset, that was in NO WAY my intention - I just didn't get my thoughts straight coming from my brain to the keyboard, but is I noted, I have a few other things on my mind as well the last couple of weeks.
