Hey Rick, Happy New Year. I guess I can see where my dad was coming from giving us the paddling for taking the drinks. He was worried with us being underage that a guest might report him, even in the priavcy of your own home a dad can get arrested.
You and Dave sneaked drinks when young, and get caught from your dad then? How young were your asses when they first got blisters? After, your dad let you both have drinks then if you asked or was off limits for older age?
Sorry to hear about your girl's dad, dude? That had to be a shock, especially if he wasn't sick or gave indication he might have attack.
Sorry to hear Dave got the flu. Hope he gets over it soon. Our coach worries someone on the team might get flu, if you do no practiing or game playing so rest of team doesn't get it. That sucks, but team comes first before individal player.
Maybe you and Dave need flu shots? Other people around youhave flu and Dave get it?

Hey dude, sorry to hear you weren't given choices either.
So did your dad lay the belt leather on longer then a paddle hitting ass or did he believe that with it stinging more to give your ass a break?
I can see why a dad decides to go to use a belt, is that an adult thing?
Think you'll use a belt on kids you have or you plan on hand and paddle for ass correction? We go some kids in school who have never gotten a licking, who need at least one or two to straighten them out. They think its funny they haven't. Maybe they'll get a surprise visit to the principal.
