Hey buddy, forgot a couple of things to tell.

The reason I waited so long, and didn't want to tell about grandpa right away with my dad was to see if I could get the paddling from my dad.
If I won him over to get the paddling I had to make sure my butt was back to normal, no redness, etc., so it took most of the week for that. Luck I didn't have any welts or scars, kinda like you mentioned you got from Jake's dad's whipping your butt.
Waiting like I did, my butt was perfect when my dad gave me the paddling, so he wouldn't know.

Also, we took your advice and stole the razor strap. Nobody knows yet, I guess, no call from grandpa wanting it back or he hasn't discovered it missing.

I took it, Steve. Not Luke, like he said he would take it. I said if anyone was going to get punishment for stealing it I would take the heat.
What I cleverly did, in case grandpa won't own up to using it on me, I made sure if there are any fingerprints on it that it would only be grandpa's, so I picked it up using a glove I saw on the nearby workbrench.
Sounds sneaky, huh?
I hope I don't get in trouble for stealing it! That wouldn't go over to big, especially if newspaper people found out and mess me up with the basketball team as a member.
Steve, I worry about this week, I've done alot of praying and I hope things work out for me.
Hey speaking of prayer, I don't know if you believe in dreams or not, butI had two dreams and they kinda of told me what to say to my dad when we had the father/son talk before my paddling. That talk was cool. I left somethings out from the Post. Kinda Private, ya know. I hope you and Jason and Alex can have some of the father/son talks, anyways back to the two dreams... I was told if I did what the dreams related to me that I would the paddling I wanted.

Need I say more?
