Hello to Mr. Insurance Man Rick, sorry about the mixup dude in businesses. I don't know why I was thinking about real estate, instead of insurance.

Shall I have Joel POUND MY BUTT FOR A CHANGE?

I spent the night with Joel, and Luke joined us so we could get some hoop practice in after weightlifting all week long to get us in the mood before we start regular basketball parctices soon.

Glad to hear you and Dave will be taking out a couple of ladies tonight. I'd be taking my girl out but, she went out of town with her parents for the weekend, but I do have her permission to "talk" with girls I might come in contact this weekend. Luke and Joel want to make the pizza scene later on tonight, so you never know who might be there. BUT, I have to watch it because my girlfriend will be "checking" with Joel to see if I'm a "good boy" while she's away, and I can't have Joel "rat on me" and give a bad report. Luke, I'm sure I can bribe him...just kidding!

So dad would "kick two butts" if he had to for taking some extra time away from the office, huh? Could you say you both were on a field trip, drumming up business and looking for new accounts? About you and Dave were doing "public relations work"?
I hope you both have a chance to see later on, after dinner, what the evening might present in itself???????? I love those "endings" to a date, if you know what I mean?
I can't complain, next Saturday I have a date with my best girl, while Luke, Joel, and Sean go on a triple date to "visit" Joel's grandparents because Sean wants to try the razor strap in payback to Luke, instead of taking a paddling. It's his ass, so let Mr. Curious Quarterback find out what it's all about!

Have not gotten the first marking period grades in the mail yet, but I'm pretty sure I did fine, and Joel... Mr. Past the Test Man...I'm sure got great grades, too. We should be on the honor roll, but not sure how high up.

That's cool then, that the girl you'll be taking out is a friend to Dave's girl. Will make it easy for conversation to talk with them having some of the same interests that you can check with Dave before hand about? Have you dated this young lady before?

For the record, Rick, Mr. Insurance Man...I realize everyone has to have insurance, with the economy as it is, are insurance businesses sound? With your folks starting it awhile back then, your family should have a good reputation that people have "trusted for a long time"!
