John----sorry for delay in responding, as I got side tracked with all the bullshit postings of late.

CONGRATS on another big win last friday and hopes for continued success towards the playoffs!

Since my mom didn't believe in corporal punishment it pretty much took all evening to talk her into it. All my friends got spanked and I felt bad that Jake took a whipping and i had to help holding him down. I didn't think it was fair for me to simply get grounded. So she finally caved in and consented, probably thinking his dad wouldn't whip my ass.

That strapping hurt like hell from the very first lick. It honestly felt like he was setting my butt on fire. Jake was really struggling to hold me down, but he did and his dad was true to his word--- no amount of yellling or crying would stop the whipping until every one of the 20 strokes layed on. I had several marks and bruises on both cheeks which took a week to clear up. It seemed like he was hitting both cheeks at same time, although a few licks felt harder on farthest cheek.

I'd say the paddle hurts more than the belt. Ofcourse like you said that can always change with more licks with the belt. BUT the razor strap is alot wider and heavier than a belt. A year after this incident we went on a camping trip with Jakes dad and jake and me were caught recklessly driving the boat. His dad did not bring the razor strap for that trip so he took his belt off and lined us both up, side-by-side up against the tree, trunks down, butts bared and blistered our asses with a 50 lick whipping. So even with 50 licks with the belt, I still think 20 with the razor strap hurt even more.

I have 2 boys---Jason(8) and Alex(6) and i spank them when the misbehave or lie or break the rules. It doesn't happen that often, but its always pants down and over my knee for a bare bottom spanking with my hand or hair brush. Only Jason has felt the sting of the brush (he calls it wicked) but i'm sure in time Alex will get the brush when warranted. When they get older I'll most likely use my belt.
