Yesterday the world lost two well loved icons - Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson.
Farrah was the woman we ladies all wanted to look like. She had the smile, the body and especially the hair. But she was also a truly great actress. She played a rape victim getting revenge in the play 'Extremities' on Broadway and then played the role in a movie. I felt this was the best role she ever had. She will still be loved for many years to come.
Michael Jackson started as a great singer and dancer with his brothers, then went on to become a powerful entertainer. I, personally, feel that his fame would have been tripled had he not had so many excentricities. All in all though he was a dynamic entertainer. The type many strived to emulate.
Rest In Peace Farrah.

I did expect Farrah to not make it to the weekend, but losing Michael just gutted me (as Lisa Marie Pressley said in her blog). We cant forget we also lost Ed McMahon, another star and wonderful entertainer, and today we lost Billy Mays, who annoyed more people with his loud mouth commercials, but still the same, he was a beloved human being to some one who will miss him greatly.

both farrah and michael will both be missed very much. I do agree that michael was a little on the bewilder side but had to many great qualities that over came that. with michael we have lost a truely great one

we have lost two truely great people. there is no words to express the sadness I feel for both darrah and michael. may they both find the peace they were looking for
