I know you'll be shocked to see me posting here again, but I do still look at my board, even if I dont get time (sadly) to post.

What does Santa's house look like?

Here's my theory.....I think it looks an awfully lot like Derek's house, so I will need him to post a picture of his house so I can verify it for my records. (it's not like I am going to use my paint shop pro to get his address off of it to stalk him...no that would be wrong...unless one of you girls dare me to. I can't not take that dare, like that would be so NOT cool, so that would cancel my moral dilemma)

(hey he's blonde, he just may fall for this girls....I know you all can thank me with 10's and 20's...preferably 50's so I can start my fund to go and visit tartanboy.)

Hi everyone

I usually come and read the board every couple of days so I know whats happening. But I thought I would just let you know this. My 20 year old daughter likes the Backstreet Boys and goes onto a fan website quite often. Just the other day she read one message out regarding the Osmonds being a boy band who were in competition with the BCR. She was also astounded that the BCR sold over 300 million records and had a whole lot of number one records in their time. And the quantity of records sold by BCR was so much more than the Backstreet Boys. So the guys should have gotten a whole lot more recognition than they did and do. Keep up the good work with the board and I hope everyone and especially Derek has a wonderful Christmas and New Year. If any of you are freezing please send some of it down under as we are into summer and I need a break from the hot weather.

wow, didnt know this forum existed! I became a fan in OK city ok ...back in the 70's when i met lesley at the pool at the hotel we stayed at! Derek was there as well. I loved his quiet demenor. I was only 12 and hated boys...but fell in love that day with Derek. Hello all keep on rockin!

Stories anyone? Flashback: Circa 1974 (I'm not sure what circa means but it sounds really good!)
4 girls, about 10 or 11, all decked out in Roller gear from head to toe. 2 have guitars made out of cardboard, one lucky one behind a borrowed set of drums, and the wild one in front with a thank God not plugged in microphone, acting out, and lip syncing Angel Angel, and There Goes My Baby. Now picture a nursing home with about 10-20 200 year old dementia patients who have no blessed idea why 4 strangely dressed kids are up in front of them gyrating. I'm sure most of them had their hearing aids turned off but there was a smattering of applause afterwards from those that were not either comatose or snoozing in their chairs. Yup, true story. Wonder why we never got invited back???
