According to an unidentified source, the TMZ article (link below) states that the recount has been going on without public announcement and was completed Thursday, March 30. An official announcement is scheduled for Sunday, April 2.
Consideration is being given to having two Best Picture winners.

This should make Warren and Faye happy. Maybe they should present the award again?

They have such a screwed-up system that I find this not totally surprising. UConn losing is more surprising.

I do feel good for the "La La Land" folks who will get redemption after their initial embarrassment.
