Joel Whitburn lists it simply as "Stars On 45."

Billboard chose to list it the way you did.

Some pressings list it with all the songs. Others simply list it as "Stars On 45."

Johnny Maddox did a piano medley of several songs. He could have listed all the songs as part of the title of his record. Instead he called it "The Crazy Otto."
