Dies at 58

aka Steve Bean, 58, passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019 at home in Los Angeles, CA after a courageous battle against cancer. He was born April 27, 1960 in Lynn, MA.
Steve is survived by his wife, Caroline Carrigan; his son, Jacob Randall Levy; parents, Irwin and Dorothy Levy; sisters, Lauren Levy Brodie and her husband Todd and Jill Levy Sorota; nieces and nephews, Michael Miller, Allison Miller, Lindsey Sorota and Andrew Sorota; and great niece, Amelia Wilcox. Steve also leaves behind 2 aunts, 3 uncles and many beloved cousins.
Steve attended Hillel Academy in Swampscott, MA, the Providence Hebrew Day School and graduated from Classical High School in Providence, class of 1978. He attended Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. He was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan.
He was an actor, comedian and writer. He was a member of the Screen Actors Guild AFTRA and the Writers Guild.
Services will be held at 11AM on Sunday February 3rd at Sugarman-Sinai Memorial Chapel at 458 Hope St., Providence, RI with burial to follow in Sharon Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Chapel Fund at Temple Emanuel at 99 Taft Ave., Providence, RI or to Mission Hospice at 2555 E. Colorado Blvd. #301, Pasadena, CA 91107. Shiva will be held at the home of Irwin and Dorothy Levy on Monday and Tuesday from 24PM and 6:308:30PM.
